REFUND POLICY

At The Bookend, we want every event to be enjoyable and stress-free. Please review our refund policy before booking.

1. Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and help us prepare the space for your gathering.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations more than 7 days before your event may receive a partial credit toward a future booking, at the discretion of The Bookend.

• Cancellations within 7 days of your event are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

• Any rescheduled date must occur within 3 months of your original booking to retain your deposit.

4. Event Postponement by The Bookend

• In the unlikely event that The Bookend must cancel or postpone your event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies, maintenance, or safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Additional Notes

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• All requests for refunds or credits must be made in writing.
